UK Postal Charges
Most GB mainland orders over £65 will be dispatched free of charge.

For orders under £65 the following p&p charges will apply:
Up to £10.00 - p&p £1.95
£10.01 to £20.00 - p&p £2.95
£20.01 to £65.00 - p&p £3.95

We use Royal Mail and a number of couriers and delivery to you should be 24/48 hours from collection of goods from us.

Please allow up to seven working days for receipt of your goods. However we make every effort to dispatch all available stock within 24-48 hours.

In the unlikely event of delay we will attempt to contact you.


Europe Delivery
Tracked delivery to Europe - £20.00

These prices are based on all orders weighing under 2kg. If your order exceeds this weight or is exceptionally large in dimension we will email you with a quote for delivery costs. You can then decide if you wish to pay any additional charges or cancel the order.

Returns Policy

Our 10 day 'no quibbles' guarantee:
Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 10 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. The only stipulation is that we receive the request for a refund in writing preferably as an email. Please note: We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.

Due to the nature of racket sports strings are not guaranteed but if you have a problem please let us know.

The responsibility and expense for the return of goods, is the customer's. FieldSportsDirect.com only offer refunds on goods recieved, and any losses in transit are also the responsibility of the customer.
